The main objective for us is to maximize our athletic performance by developing a champion’s mind-set.

My name is Fred and I’m also an athlete!  My life has seen me enjoy baseball, basketball, recreational softball, USTA Tennis, triathlons, distance running, competitive rock climbing and recreational ice hockey.  Yoga has deepened my enjoyment, aided my injury prevention and improved my performance each opportunity I get to enjoy athletics.
